Change Password
To change your password you must first login successfully. If
you do not remember your assigned pw, you can retrieve it using the
forgot pw option, which quickly emails it to you. Once you get that
from your email inbox, you can login and then change your pw.
Troubleshooting
Be sure to observe the case, i.e. use
small case when needed and the same for capital letters. Is your
caplock on?
Are you using the wrong email address?
You should use the email address that you originally used when
joining the organization. If you are unsure of this, please
contact our Administrative Consultant.
Are you using the wrong password? If
you are unsure, you can retrieve your password using the forgot pw
link.
Did you accidently include a "space" in
the wrong place?
Are you an "active" member? If you have
questions about your membership, please contact our Administrative
Consultant.
