Educational Objectives

• Discuss the differential diagnosis for a child presenting with symptoms of inattention and/or hyperactivity
• Perform an evaluation of ADHD with input from multiple sources (i.e. parent and teacher), using clinical assessment and appropriate rating scales
• Describe the clinical and epidemiologic features of ADHD in children and adolescents
• Formulate a treatment plan for ADHD, including behavioral and pharmacological interventions
